Work With Us – School Improvement Offer
The Trust is committed to driving excellence across all its schools through a robust and collaborative approach to school improvement. Under the strategic leadership of the Deputy CEO, schools are supported in strengthening and refining their development plans, with a clear focus on raising standards and improving outcomes for all learners.
Our school improvement offer is structured around two key tiers of support:
Universal Support
All schools within the Trust benefit from a comprehensive programme of universal support. This includes:
- Regular school improvement reviews and self-evaluation guidance
- Access to Trust-wide professional development and leadership training
- Curriculum development support and subject-specific networks
- Data analysis and benchmarking tools to inform strategic planning
Targeted Support
In addition to universal provision, schools with specific needs or priorities receive bespoke, targeted support. This may involve:
- Intensive coaching and mentoring for senior and middle leaders
- Deployment of specialist practitioners or school improvement partners
- Tailored intervention strategies based on performance data
- Support for schools at risk of underperformance
This tiered model ensures that all schools, regardless of their starting point, are equipped with the tools, expertise, and guidance needed to achieve sustained improvement. The Trust’s approach is rooted in collaboration, evidence-informed practice, and a shared commitment to educational excellence.
