For nearly three years, Jade has been an invaluable part of our team, growing into a vibrant, confident, and highly respected teaching assistant. Her dedication to our school and our children shines through in everything she does.
Jade has taken the lead in delivering phonics groups across KS2, approaching the role with enthusiasm and a genuine desire to give her very best. She regularly completes additional training in her own time, demonstrating her commitment to continually improving her practice and supporting our pupils’ progress.
Alongside this, Jade has volunteered to be our OPAL Play Lead, bringing passion and creativity to ensure that playtimes are joyful, inclusive, and enriching for every child. Her positive, ‘can do’ attitude motivates those around her, and she consistently goes above and beyond to nurture, care for, and champion the children she supports.
What makes Jade even more special is her humility. She has little idea of the huge impact she has—both within the classroom and across the wider school community. We see it every day, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she brings to our team.
